Fears Transmutation, fears integration

This is an experience that we live in different perspectives. The integration of our fears starts whe we began to recognize and accept them; this will lead us to a change of views, in which we stop fighting with the fear, and we let the fear to hug us, and even we feel unconfortable we hug back the fear.
We can live this experience in a deeper way with the help of introspection and meditation. We bring to us de presence of fear, share a moment with the fear and with the help of "energies" we will hug, love and transmutate the fear, working from the heart.
Integrando los miedos...
Esta es una experiencia que vivimos desde diferentes ángulos. La integración de nuestros miedos inicia cuando comenzamos a reconocerlos y aceptarlos; esto nos lleva a un cambio de enfoque en el cual dejamos de luchar con el miedo, permitimos que el miedo nos abrace y a pesar de la incomodidad nosotros abrazamos al miedo.
Esta experiencia la vivimos en un nivel mas profundo cuando con ayuda de la introspección y la meditacion, revivimos la presencia del miedo, compartimos un momento con ella y en presencia de las energías vamos abrazando, amando y transmutando el miedo desde nuestro corazón.
